In his keynote speech, Christophe Cuvillier will:
  • Share his view on bricks and mortar stores which present major economic opportunities regardless of perceived ‘headwinds’
  • Analyse the opportunities of the omnichannel model which is now considered the new norm, as illustrated by recent openings of physical stores by e-commerce players
  • Explore the 21st century consumers’ expectactions and more specifically the younger generations’ expectations (Millenials and Generation Z) which lead retailers to assess and reinvent their value propositions and business models
  • Outline the opportunities offered in a new generation of shopping centres that are becoming destinations which amalgamate online and physical brand experiences

‘Physical in the Age of Digital’ will be the flagship theme of MAPIC 2018.
