Cover MAPIC as a journalist

Thank you for your interest in applying for press registration. Each year, MAPIC welcomes journalists from across the world to cover the whole event free of charge. Find out how to register.

Registered journalists can access the entire exhibition floor, the complete conference programme and a fully-equipped editorial room.

The press department does its best to accommodate all requests, while recognising the need to balance international, national, local, trade and general media, as well as the pertinence of the media for our clients.

Press Registration are opened. Please submit your request before November 9th. For any questions or registration request, please contact Tristan LALOT

Read these carefully before continuing.
• You must be a full-time journalist.
• Send the required press credentials (listed below) to our press accreditation service via the Press Registration Form. The press registration team may ask for additional information.
• Press accreditation at previous MAPIC does not guarantee automatic renewal.
• Non-editorial staff (e.g. advertising, sales, marketing, PR, publishers …) must register as a visitor.
• Reed MIDEM reserves the right to refuse accreditation.
• No press accreditation is accepted directly onsite.

• Within a week, you will receive an email confirming your press registration. We will contact you by email or phone if your accreditation has been refused or if we require additional information.
• Two weeks before the event, you will receive an ID card via email to facilitate onsite badge collection. This document is not compulsory to obtain your badge onsite.
